この曲は彼らの１９７３年のファースト・アルバム『Pronounced Leh-Nerd Skin-Nerd』に収録されました。アル・クーパー(Al Kooper)のプロデュースです。
この曲は作者のロニー・ヴァン・ザントの実体験に基づいて書かれたそうです。酒場で女性と踊っていたところ、彼女の男らしき人物が現れ、４４口径の銃を突き付けられ、からがら逃げてきたという、内容らしいです。
この曲はライヴの定番にもなっています。
