この曲はトラフィックの１９６７年にリリースされた２枚目のシングル『Hole in My Shoe』のＢ面に収められた曲です。
アルバムとしては１９６９年の『Best of Traffic』に収録されました。またＣＤ時代になってからこの曲をタイトルにした２枚組ベスト盤『Smiling Phases: Best of 1967-1974』が発売されました。
