今日の「聴き比べ」はビートルズ(The Beatles)の『ルーシー・イン・ザ・スカイ・ウィズ・ダイアモンズ(Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds)』です。
止めたはずのビートルズですがまたまた出てきてしまいました。
この曲は１９６７年のサイケの臭いプンプンの名作アルバム『Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band』に収録された曲です。作者はレノン＝マッカートニーとなっていますが事実上はジョン・レノンの作品です。ジョンが息子ジュリアンとの会話を基にかかれたと言われています。
映画『イエロー・サブマリン』でも使用されました。
