今日の「聴き比べ」はドゥ―ビー・ブラザーズ(The Doobie Brothers)の『リッスン・トゥ・ザ・ミュージック(Listen To The Music)』です。
この曲はドゥ―ビーズの２枚目のアルバム『トゥールーズ・ストリート(Toulouse Street)』に収録され、シングルカットされるとこれが彼らの最初のヒットとなり、ドゥ―ビー・ブラザーズは人気バンドの仲間入りをしました。その後の活躍は言うまでもありません。作者は勿論トム・ジョンストン(Tom Johnston)先生です。
