聴き比べ ビートルズの『イン・マイ・ライフ(In My Life)』

今日の「聴き比べ」はまたもやザ・ビートルズ(The Beatles)の楽曲で、『イン・マイ・ライフ(In My Life)』です。

１９６５年のビートルズ６作目の『ラバー・ソウル(Rubber Soul)』に収録されました。実質ジョン・レノン(John Lennon)の曲です。が、後年ポール・マッカートニー(Paul McCartney)が曲は自分が書いたと言っていますが、よくわかりません。ジョンはいませんので。

ジョンが故郷を思い出しながら作った曲です。ピアノを弾いているのはプロデューサーのジョージ・マーティン(George Martin)です。
