トラフィック(Traffic)の『Transmission Impossible』を入手しました。
トラフィックの往年のライヴがここ数年何枚も発売されています。ほとんどアンオフィシャル、ブートレグですが、トラフィックの大ファンを自称している身としては買わざるを得ません。
ということで、まとめて何枚か入手したので紹介します。失敗もありました。
今日はその中から『Transmission Impossible』を紹介します。
３枚組のＣＤです。
Disc 1は１９６７年と１９６８年に録音されたＢＢＣのラジオ・ワンに録音された音源です。デビュー間もない頃です。
Disc 2は同じく１９６８年と１９６８年にスウェーデンのストックホルムで放送されたＦＭ放送です。
Disc 3は１９７３年のウィンターランド・フェスティバルの模様を放送したラジをです。
Disc 1と2にはまだデイヴ・メイソンが在籍しています。
Disc 3はアルバム『Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory』をリリースした当時の演奏です。
Disc 1と2はＤＪが邪魔。
Disc 3は音が悪い。
選曲は申し分ありませんが、イマイチでした。
