今日の「聴き比べ」はまたまたジム・クロウチ(Jim Croce)の『オペレイター(Operater(That's Not the Way It Feels))』です。

この曲は１９７２年の２枚目のシングルで全米１７位になりました。１枚目のアルバム『ジムに手を出すな(You Don't Mess Around with Jim)』に収録されました。このアルバムからはタイトル曲の「ジムに手を出すな」、先日の「タイム・イン・ア・ボトル」などのヒットが生まれました。
